Commemorative "Old Gym" Floor Piece Fundraiser
Donate $40.00 and receive a commemorative piece of the “Old Gym” floor from the original MHS campus located at 85 School Drive in Alpharetta, Georgia. The first Milton High School gym was dedicated on February 22, 1954 and was used for many years for sports, assemblies, and as a theater stage even after the “new gym” was opened in 1981. The original school was built in 1921 and closed its doors in 2005 when the new building was built in Crabapple. When the decision was made to tear down the old campus building, some feature including part of the hardwood floor from the old gym were saved.
